The AI generates both visual images and text captions based on the information extracted from your website and your business profile. All generated content is presented to you for approval before being scheduled or posted to your social media accounts. We use the business information and content you approve to continuously improve our AI content generation capabilities.
Our primary purpose for using information is to generate and publish your approved content on social networks you've authenticated with. We may allow you to link your account on Publicity Org with an account on a third party social network platform, such as Instagram and Facebook, and to transfer your information to and from the applicable third party platform. Once you share your content to a social media platform, its use will be governed by that platform's privacy policy.
When you connect your Instagram Business account to Publicity Org, we use Instagram's API services to post content on your behalf. The connection also enables access to Facebook Pages linked to your Instagram Business account, eliminating the need for separate Facebook authentication.
You can access and update personally identifiable information that you have provided to us via your settings page. If you want your information deleted from our servers, simply delete your Publicity Org account or contact us. You can disconnect your social media accounts at any time through your dashboard settings.
We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Publicity Org. Although we own the code, databases, and all rights to the Publicity Org application, you retain all rights to your data.
